The panel in the center of the Control Center Sub-Module gives us a lot of important information about the SIM card. In it we can see:


  1. ICCID: the unique identifier of the SIM card.
  2. SIM Name: in case you want to give a name to each SIM, you can select it and then write in this field.
  3. Client ID: Unique ID of the customer to whom the SIM is assigned.
  4. Company: Account or sub-account to which the SIM is assigned.
  5. Service: enabled services that the SIM has, whether Data and/or SMS
  6. Product ID: Unique ID of each product assigned to the SIM. That is, the assigned data plan. 
  7. Product: Description of the assigned data plan.
  8. Data limit (MB): In case the SIM card has a data limit assigned, it will be shown here.
  9. SMS limit: If the SIM card has an SMS limit assigned to it, it will be displayed here.
  10. IMSI: SIM card profile. Different profiles may have different coverage and price. The APN to configure in the device depends on which IMSI they are. For more information, visit our article What is an APN?
  11. IMEI: Some carriers on some networks may also send us the IMEI information of the device. In case they do, Moabits takes that information and captures it in the platform. In case we receive a different IMSI from the same ICCID, we will proceed to make the change.
