Orion presents SIM cards in 3 states: Ready, Active and Suspended.
When you receive SIM cards from Moabits, they will always be in the Ready state. This means that the SIM cards have their services enabled, but have never been used yet; therefore, they are not being charged. Once the SIM card is placed in a device and the first SIM connection is made to the antenna, it will automatically switch to Active. The SIM card will then remain in Active until the services are disabled from the platform with the Suspend button. To suspend the SIM, select the card to suspend, press the Suspend button, select both Data and SMS and press Yes.
Once this action is performed, the SIM card will be suspended, it will stop transmitting data or sending SMS, and it will not be charged in the next billing cycle. The SIM card will remain suspended until the action (Enable > Data & SMS > Yes.) is selected and pressed. At this point, the SIM card will again allow for data and SMS traffic, the status will change from Suspended to Active, and it will be billed again.
