The Orion platform allows you to Reset SIM Cards. First select the ICCID or ICCIDs that you want to perform the reset on in the control center, then click on the Reset button on the right side:

You must select an ICCID before pressing the button otherwise a warning will be displayed:
Once selected the following confirmation option will appear and if you are sure to proceed you should press Yes.
The Reset button cuts off the SIM data session, which forces the device to create another data session. Once the YES button has been pressed, the following message will appear informing that the reset has been sent.
