The Orion platform allows you to Renew products to ICCID's or SIM Cards. In the control centre, on the right side and at the bottom of the screen, click on the Policies button:
The button is as follows:
You must select an ICCID before pressing the button otherwise a warning will be displayed:
Once you have selected an ICCID, the following image will appear with this information, you must select Renewal:
Below the ICCID number or list of selected ICCIDs is the Auto.Renewal button, this option is used to activate the automatic renewal of the ICCID or all selected ICCIDs. Then proceed to click on the Apply button.
If you activate the Auto. Renewal button, the following will appear:
Once accepted, two new options will appear at the bottom right, Unlimited and Custom:
While the unlimited option allows the auto-renewal to be generated automatically over and over again, the custom option can tell the platform how many times you want the plan to be renewed in the selected ICCID.
Finally, if we want to deactivate the auto-renewal, we select the ICCID's or the ICCID and deactivate the button again, a confirmation message will appear to deactivate the auto-renewal as shown in the following image:
Remember that after clicking YES, you must click on the Apply button again to save the changes:
