Customer registration and subsequent allocation of SIM cards is useful for a number of reasons. By having all the ICCIDs belonging to a customer under the same Company, when filtering SIMs in the Control and Usage Centre modules, you can very quickly see the consumption and cards of a particular customer. It is also possible to give direct customers access to the platform. To do this, it will be necessary to have the cards assigned to the customer and then create a user. Finally, having registered customers allows that in case a customer already registered under a company contacts Moabits directly, you can quickly identify who the customer belongs to and can then refer the customer back to his original supplier and avoid conflicts between Moabits and its partners.
When you already have many registered customers, it is very useful to be able to filter in order to find them quickly.
