The new customer will be created in the Orion platform in the Customer Database configuration module:



To create a new customer, simply click on New Customer, fill in the information and click on Save:



After pressing save, the new client will appear:



Below in the Create New Customer pop-up, you can assign the products that this sub-account will have available. To do so, simply select the + symbol under Product and select the desired product. It is also possible to assign the Selling Price of the plan, as well as the price of Extra Data (or out of pool consumption), SMS MO and SMS MT.


These are the prices and products that your customer will see assigned in their Product Table.


From this same field, you can in turn assign a range of ICCIDs for this sub-account with this product.


 


After making all changes, click the Save button.
