The Orion platform allows you to view Orion Events in real time. This button is located on the right side of the Customer Database page and below the Product Table button:
Once the button is clicked, the customer name, the type of event, the user name, the date and the description of the last actions performed by the customer with the Orion Platform will be displayed. For example: Moabits user leonardo has performed a SIM Purge (ICCID Demo), even in the date field appears the exact time of the action performed.
In this way you can have a history of the actions performed by all users. The Export button, will allow us to download an Excel file with all the mentioned information of the events occurred to analyze, review and generate customized reports.
The Date filter is also available at the top for greater accuracy:
