Step 1: Click on the question mark icon in the upper right corner (?). This will take you to our support portal, where you can create the ticket.



Step 2: Click on "New Support Ticket."

Please remember to be as specific as possible when reporting an issue (e.g., ICCID, timestamp, country, number of affected SIMs, etc.). This will help our team better understand the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
